Convection Ovens
  1. Manufactured in Stainless Steel.
  2. Available in 4, 6, 8, 10 and 20 Tray capacities.
  3. Supplied either with or without Steam.
  4. 10 Tray Units also available in Gas.
Deck Ovens
  1. Available in 96, 200 and 350 loaf capacity.
  2. Heating by electricity, diesel oil, paraffin and gas.
  3. Electrical ovens can be supplied in a single heat source or with individual deck controls which allows simultaneous baking of a diverse range of products.
  4. Individual Steam Control on each Deck.
Electrically Heated Deck Ovens
  1. Units of a modular design.
  2. Even heat distribution by means of individually controlled top and bottom deck elements.
  3. Available in 2 pan or 3 pan wide models.
  4. Heat on each deck is controlled individually.
  5. Underbuilt Prover available with 1 or 2 Deck Ovens.
  6. Steam Optional.
S.B.E Rotary Baking Ovens
  1. Available in 80, 120, 180 and 240 loaf capacities, also available in electric, diesel and gas.
  2. Excellent for large production and hassle free baking.
  3. Easy loading onto a rotating platform or hook system.
  4. Only 60% of the total running load is used during continuous mixed production.
  5. High quality stainless steel is used to ensure a long lifespan.
  6. Bakes all products from light pastry to wholemeal bread.
